Selection of plots of one hectare in the heart of the commune of Bué, old vines. of Pinot Noir planted in 1952, the most beautiful plots come from this region. Its clay-limestone terroir, rich in minerals, allows the vines to develop well.
Winemaking
Vinification and aging in demi-muids for 15 months, bottled without filtration.
Tasting Notes
“Sauvage” expresses a fruity and slightly spicy character, typical of Sancerre. The mouth is full, concentrated with an extremely elegant finish.
