Sancerre red “Autochtone”

PureExpression

"wild" red Sancerre

"Autochtone" expresses a fruity and slightly spicy character, typical of Sancerre. The palate is full, concentrated with an extremely elegant finesse on the finish. A one-hectare plot selection in the heart of the commune of Bué, old Pinot Noir vines planted in 1952, the finest plots come from this region. Its clay-limestone terroir, rich in minerals, allows the vine to develop well. Vinification and aging in demi-muids for 15 months, bottled without filtration.
