“Attitude” has a nice freshness on the palate, a frank attack, and delicate aromas of lime, citrus fruits, green apples, and kiwi. The minerality gives the wine a long finish, finesse, and elegance. These are very pleasant wines on their own or accompanied by seafood, asparagus, grilled fish, and goat cheese.

  • Terroir

    Blend of limestone and clay with flint on the terroir of Chemery in Touraine.

  • Winemaking

    Sorting of the grapes upon receipt of the harvest. Natural 100% vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with aging on fine lees for 5 months.

  • Tasting Notes

    Delicate floral notes, fresh fruit character, a dry palate, and a distinctly elegant mineral finish.

  • Pairings

    Aperitif wine, shellfish, raw and cooked fish.

  • Temperature

    Serving temperature: 10°C.

  • Keep

    Cellaring time: 5 years.
