Characteristics
Grape Variety
A blend of Pinot Noir (2/3) and Gamay (1/3).
Terroir
Limestone and flint soils.
Winemaking
100% destemmed, daily pumping over during skin maceration (15 days). Light extraction, racking then the grapes are pressed separately. The Pinot Noir and Gamay are blended, the wine is then aged on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for one year.
Tasting Notes
An explosion of red and black fruits. The tannins are very supple, making this wine easy to drink.

Perfect to accompany Sunday's Bresse Chicken.
