The Caillottes - White Lands
Each terroir has its own identity, our "biovinification" allows us to sublimate their qualities and styles. The Sancerrois is made up of four terroirs (including three main ones), Limestone (40% of the appellation), Clay-limestone (40% of the appellation), Silex (15% of the appellation) and Morello cherries (5% , Bué and Crezancy).
These two wines express the characteristics of the limestone of Sancerre and the clay-limestone of Pouilly Fumé.
