Blended from a parcel-by-parcel selection of old vines planted on pure flinty soil in the heart of the commune of Tracy-sur-Loire. Matured on fine lees for 12 months in stainless steel. No filtration nor refrigeration before bottling. Indigenous was given its name because of the indigenous yeasts responsible. 10,000 bottles filled.Very racy and lifted. Dancing. Light and lovely now. Bone dry and very notable acidity and green notes. Long.
