Did you know that « Sauvage » was the original name of Sauvignon Blanc? Funny enough we did discover that few years ago. Sauvage is a beauty, an outstanding Sauvignon Blanc made from old vines and limestone. This cuvée has a huge potential and is very dangerous (so good!). Thank you very much @wineenthusiast

Great score for Indigène! Thank you @wineenthusiast Indigène is our grande cuvée in Pouilly Fumé. The first vintage was 2006. Our vision was to create a super high end cuvée from an historical parcel (planted by the monks) of flint (silex). Its name is a reminder of the wild yeast that we use for the natural fermentation (levures indigènes). #pouillyfume
