Pressatura soffice per preservare la fruttuosit\u00e0 ottimale. Blend di 50% di calcare, 30% di argilla-calcare e 20% di selce. Ogni terreno viene vinificato separatamente in tini di acciaio inox termoregolati: il calcare apporta mineralit\u00e0 e finezza; l&#039;argilla-calcare apporta frutto e ricchezza, mentre la selce apporta struttura e mineralit\u00e0.
