Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9\u00a0est extr\u00eamement naturel et les tr\u00e8s longues fermentations permettent de nourrir, de stabiliser durablement les vins en utilisant des doses de souffre tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duites.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0A<em>\u00a0bright expression of the fruit, a lively acidity and mineral undertones.
