Organically grown, these old vines produce exceptional grapes and an extremely pure and concentrated juice. \u201cSauvage\u201d lives up to its name, aging on fine lees (thermo-regulated stainless steel vats) for 12 months, bottled without filtration or refrigeration. This wine is immediately identifiable on tasting thanks to its great freshness, liveliness, minerality, complexity and salinity on the finish.
