Sancerre Rouge " La Bondenotte "

"Attitude" est une réflexion menée par Pascal Jolivet depuis 2001. L’idée étant d’élaborer un vin de très haute qualité en dehors du Sancerrois tout en restant dans la Loire


The crop is selected, sorted and destemmed before being placed in vat. After fortnight's maceration, the free-run juices are placed in demi-muids (600 liter / 180 gallon barrels) for eight-months maturation.



We exploit 0.86 hectare (two acres) out of a vineyard that covers 3 hectares (7.4 acres) over the village of Bué. La Bondenotte is sourced from Pinot Noir old vines planted on limestone-clay soils.



La Bondenotte is a profound, subtle and crispy wine with a hint of spices.
